Leave Me Alone

The figures in much of Renata Lindqvist’s art are tributes to Bodhisattvas, beings that compassionately refrain from entering nirvana to save others. While the figure is worshipped as a deity in Mahayana Buddhism, Lindqvist’s figures instead act as a reminder of the extraordinary powers of ordinary human beings. This figure is sculpted from porcelain and is available in multiple colorways.
