Lizard Blues

A delightfully realistic, hand-sculpted lizard seems poised to scamper away as it perches on the edge of a wheel-thrown white earthenware bowl. The bowl is painted in multiple layers of colored underglazes with crisp black and white bold patterning on the lizard, creating a striking contrast, bringing a whimsical feel to the piece. This sculpture is finished with a glossy clear food-safe glaze. Glossy finish Ceramic: fired at cone 04,05, vitrified Limited edition Signed by the artist Materials: Ceramic
